Antler Homes has extensive experience working in partnership with private and corporate landowners, registered providers, local authorities, commercial real estate operators and funders.
We use our extensive expertise to enhance these assets through planning and development. These partnerships allow us to contribute more to the wider community, with a focus on providing much needed affordable homes across the country.
We are proud to play a significant role in providing affordable homes on many of our sites. We generally do this via Section 106 requirements, where we deliver high quality homes for a
dedicated council approved provider. We also work with registered providers on a contracting or joint venture basis to deliver a higher percentage of affordable housing on a site or to deliver the whole site for them.
We will negotiate with the local authorities to ensure we develop the right kind of affordable homes – be it shared ownership, affordable rent or first homes. We are delighted to assist registered providers to deliver homes to address the lack of affordable housing in the UK.
