It is flattering to win such prestigious awards that are judged by highly respected, knowledgeable industry figures and is something that the staff and all those connected to Antler Homes are proud to be a part of.
In July 2024, we were very proud to have been awarded a Quality Recognition Award by Premier Guarantee at our Heatherlands development in South Chailey. This follows on from previous years where we awarded the same accolade for Whyteleafe Grove, Caterham in early 2022 and at Graylings, West End in early 2021. These are fantastic achievements and honours for our business, and we are grateful for the hard work of all of our teams who have helped us achieve this prestigious award.
We are incredibly proud to have been awarded 5* in both the Residential Development category for 2-9 units and 20+ units for our Kingsmead and The Acres sites respectively at the UK Property Awards in 2023.
In October 2023, we were delighted to be awarded Property Developer of the Year at the Surrey Business Awards following on from our success in November 2022, where we won the Large Business of the Year award and were Highly Commended in the Business Growth category. Fantastic results from two consecutive years which reflects all the hard work each member of our team put in every day. In addition, we were awarded Bronze in the Small Housebuilder of the Year category at the WhatHouse? awards.
In September 2022, we were very pleased to have been awarded Highly Commended for our Old Hamsey Lakes development in South Chailey at the Evening Standard Awards.
We were delighted to be awarded Best Interior Design Project at the Surrey Property Awards 2021 for our beautiful development Graylings in West End which was carefully and fabulously designed by Clayton & Company.
