Antler Homes Awarded Gold for Customer Satisfaction

As a business, our customers continue to be at the heart of everything we do; each of our customers and their journey is highly valued by us and that is what makes the Antler difference. This is recognised with Customer Centric being the business’ first core value whereby we honour our customers by providing the highest level of customer service and support in every aspect of our business.

We are therefore delighted that based on completions in 2024, 91.7%, of our customers would recommend us to a friend which has resulted in us being awarded Gold status for customer satisfaction from In-House Research – our independent customer experience research survey provider. This achievement is a strong reflection of our continued commitment to delivering outstanding service and to exceeding the expectations of our homebuyers.
